9:00AM: We have a transmission line down in Nash and Johnston counties affecting over 3500 members. Scattered outages are also within Granville, Wake and Franklin counties. ETR at this time is estimated to be around three hours. Crews are on-site and working hard to restore power to all affected members.
12:42PM: The transmission line has been repaired, and power has been restored to those impacted by the downed transmission line. While some scattered outages are still under repair, we anticipate power will be fully restored to those affected by 3 PM. We are diligently monitoring the storm as it progresses through our territory, and our crews are on standby to address any additional outages. We sincerely appreciate our members’ patience as we strive to bring power back to all our members.
