Florence is now a tropical depression causing continued rains throughout Wake Electric’s service territory.  Saturated ground could lead to falling trees and limbs which could fall into lines and poles causing scattered outages. Wake Electric employees continue to monitor the system for any related outages and are ready to deploy for any restoration efforts.
