What Determines On-Peak and Off-Peak Hours?
On-Peak Hours:
November 1 – March 31 The on-peak hours are defined as the hours between 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. Monday-Sunday
April 1 – October 31 The on-peak hours are defined as the
hours between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. Monday-Sunday
Off-Peak Hours:
The off-peak hours in any month are defined as all hours not specified as on-peak hours.
Summer
April 1 – October 31
Winter
November 1 – March 31

Additional Time Of Use Rate Details And Terms:
When you sign up for TOU, you’ll agree to remain on the schedule for at least one year. If you go back to your old rate, you will be charged a $20 fee to cover the administrative tasks associated with changing your rate.
- The capacity of individual motors served under this classification shall not exceed 10 H.P..
- The Cooperative may require a written contract for any requested three-phase service.
- TYPES OF SERVICE: Single-phase, 60-cycles, and where available, three-phase, 60 cycles.
- MINIMUM MONTHLY CHARGE: The minimum monthly charge shall be the appropriate Monthly Facilities Charge.
- CONTRACT PERIOD: Consumers must remain on the schedule for at least one year unless they pay a $20 fee.
- SALES TAX: Any applicable State and local sales taxes will be added.
- TERMS OF PAYMENT: Bills are due and payable on the date of the bill, past due 25 days thereafter.
