Hurricane Florence is heading for North Carolina and Wake Electric employees will continue to closely monitor the storm. The co-op is prepared and stands at the ready for any outages (wind, saturated ground from rain, etc.) You can see any outages in real-time at www.wemc.com on the live Outage Map.
The easiest and most efficient way to report an outage is through our SmartHub app available for Android and iOS phones and tablets. You can also call 919.863.6499 or 800.743.3155. You can also check our Facebook page and website home page for outage and power restoration information and updates: https://www.facebook.com/wakeelectric/.
Wake Electric’s top priority is serving our members and communities, and we will do everything we can to minimize disruption to service while keeping members informed and safe.
