Wake Electric members in Knightdale area to experience 2 brief outages on Friday, April 21 [NOTE: the afternoon outage time has changed from previously announced time between 5 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. – the work was completed early.]
Wake Electric members in the Knightdale area experienced a brief outage today, Friday April 21, between the hours of 5:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. and will experience one more at 1:30 p.m. for about 15 minutes.
The outages are required for Duke Energy/Progress to repair equipment damaged during a recent outage. That equipment feeds into Wake Electric’s system and, consequently, those repairs will briefly affect some Wake Electric members. We apologize for the inconvenience.
