Since plug-in electric vehicles were introduced in 2011, over 490,000 have been purchased across the United States. These vehicles have the ability to greatly impact communities, businesses and utilities. On October 26, 2016 Wake EMC and Advanced Energy will host an introductory electric vehicle workshop for attendees to learn how electric vehicles work, the benefits that come from driving o…ne, and the impacts of having electric vehicles in your community.
