Wake Forest, NC— The phone number for the Fridge and Freezer Farewell program, 877.341.2310, is currently down, due to Hurricane Sandy. This is the number members can call to schedule a refrigerator or freezer pickup.

Appliance Recycling Centers of America (ARCA), the company that oversees the Fridge and Freezer Farewell program, is working with the phone companies, but with the many outages across multiple states, carriers will get hospitals and other crucial entities up and running first.
