Power Outage: July 13, 2022
All outages have been restored, we apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate everyone’s patience.
9:45 p.m. update: About 3,600 members have been restored and we are currently working on a transmission line that is down across the road on North Main Street north of Wake Forest. We have all of our efforts focused there as this will restore a large number of members once repaired. Our crews will continue to work quickly and safely until everyone is restored.
Transmission line on the ground on North Main Street north of Wake Forest. This damage is a result of the thunderstorms that rolled through about an hour ago and is responsible for the majority of outages in our area.
8 p.m.: We are working to restore about 9,600 outages in northern Wake and southern Franklin counties as a result of the thunderstorms rolling through the area. Crews will work quickly and safely until all members are restored. We appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding. Check our outage map for updates on your specific outages.
