Wake Electric’s electric vehicle (EV) demo day events this past October far exceeded our expectations with more than 300 attendees!
That’s why we are hosting another Electric Vehicle Demo Day on Saturday, Feb. 8 from 10 AM to 2 PM. Stop by our downtown Wake Forest office and join us for lunch. We will be cooking hot dogs and hamburgers with all the fixings. Entrance to the lower level parking area is at 414 East Wait Avenue.
At our last event, lots of folks signed up to ride or drive an EV and we were able to accommodate everyone for at least a short ride or drive. We think the final count was more than 100 riders and nearly 50 drivers.
While many brands and models of EVs were represented at the events and, of course many new models are coming soon, we saw considerable interest in the Tesla vehicles.
We had five Tesla vehicles available for test rides/drives, including two vehicles from Tesla and Wake Electric’s two Tesla Model 3s.
If you plan to attend, please reply to mac@wemc.com and include the number of people attending.
