Benefits of Paperless Billing
- Convenient and time-saving. Save yourself the time spent tracking down bills, writing checks and mailing. With paperless billing through SmartHub you can securely access your billing and account information anytime on your computer or mobile device. You can also set a Payment Reminder Notification through e-mail and/or text up to 5 days in advance of your due date.
- Reduce clutter and get organized. Keeping track of paper statements can be a daunting task. With SmartHub, you can quickly search electronic statements and access years of billing and payment history.
- Go green. Save trees and reduce greenhouse gas emissions when you receive your bill electronically rather than paper.
- Take Paperless Billing One Step Further with AutoPay. With Auto Pay, you will no longer have to worry about due dates or late fees since your payment is automatically deducted from your account each month. To set this up, you’ll need to connect your SmartHub account with your credit card or bank account information.
To unlock to the benefits of paperless billing you must have a SmartHub account. If you do not have one, sign-up today at wemc.smarthub.coop. If you already have a SmartHub account and have not signed up for paperless billing, you will be prompted to change it after logging in.
To join Auto Pay login in to SmartHub > Billing & Payments > Auto Pay Program > Sign up for Auto Pay. From there, you must add either a credit card or bank account information to complete enrollment in Auto Pay.
