Wake Forest, NC— Wake Electric continues to work to restore power tonight as crews battle fallen trees and downed power lines. Currently, Wake Electric has 2,538 members without power.
The breakout of power outages by county is:
Granville County- 154
Johnston County- 1,778
Franklin County- 130
Wake County- 164
Nash County- 312
If you are still experiencing a power outage, please turn off all electric appliances and leave on only one light. This will help to reduce the amount of strain on the electric system as power is restored.
